Doc,

Your the best and no one else is even close to second best. I look forward to the next iteration of medicine in the public interest.

Mouse Glenn

Wow! I am really going to miss this blog.
I only hope Steve that you continue your valuable work and keep writing essays when time allows.
Are you still going to have the MJ available for a period of time. Or for that matter do any phone consults for those of us who know and respect your efforts here?
I wish more people had taken advantage of this blog and participated. I know that it has helped me enourmosly and was really upset upon hearing the news of the closing down. This is a great loss to a lot of us I am sure.
Larry B.

THANK YOU steve for all the research and insights ...

Phillip Cooper --

Dr. Steve,

I am very sorry to hear the news about Thea, she seemed like a very good person and very brave.

I also want to thank you for your efforts and will continue to monitor the public blog.

I had several exchanges with Thea in the discussion forum. And excellent, thoughtful, expressive lady.

When I read she was in a hospice, I knew her several co-morbidities must be adding up.

Pax vobiscum, Thea.

can i suggest a yahoo group
for us to continue more discussions? -- easy to set up and administer

You know that I have very much appreciated your blogs over the last several years and hope you are able to continue. James

Very sorry to hear that the blog is closing. Especially since i have only discovered it recently and joined. I have learned alot already though, through the private blog and discussion group. Endless Thanks Steve, appreciate all the work. Yahoo group sounds good phillip.

For almost two years, the first thing I'd do when I got on the computer would be to see what information Steve had to put out. Today's was definitely the saddest. Thanks for all you do Steve. And thank you Thea, you'll be missed.

I am not going anywhere. I still do consulting and the methyl jasmonate is freely available.

I will continue to post essays to the free Public blog as often as possible. Unlike the private blog, you can forward these posts to all your friends. Sign up for the Feedburner service so you can have these essays directly sent to your email address.

Since we have so few private blog subscribers, it doesn't make any sense to deprive the general public of useful medical information. As I said yesterday, 90% of the people who contact me come from the Public blog anyway.

Carole and I were going to leave the DG open to former members, but that is not possible. The software cuts people off after three months anyway. You have NO IDEA how much work Carole has done to maintain, administer, the DG and private blog.

We both agree that forming a Yahoo discussion group on "real alternative medicine information" is a great idea. One or more of you guys set up the forum and moderate it. Carole and I are happy to join in the discussion, BUT we have no time to moderate it.

Your thoughts?

If you set up the Yahoo forum, we will publicize it on our home page.

Dr. Martin,

I have started a discussion group on Yahoo groups.

Hi Dr Steve...can't find the info on Flax lynnan....plase advise...thaks, Toni Reid
