More Apologies

Medically I have taken a turn for the worse. This is temporary but it is a pain to be sick all the time.

My 87 year old mother was taken out of the house by 4 paramedics and 2 fire fighters because she was 180 pounds and total dead weight. She had no muscle strength at all. She suffers from congestive heart failure and a host of other problems.

She is now being transfered to an assisted care facility near my sister in San Jose.

I still have pneumonia but I am getting better. I am regaining my strength and my mental capacity. I haven't been on the Internet for 12 days. There are 500 emails in my in basket of which 250 are real. It is going to take me some time but I will answer them all. I miss writing blog essays because I have so many ideas to share with everyone. This will all change in the next few days.

I shall return.

I refused to allow the medics to cut off my shoulder basal cell carcinoma because I wanted to try a direct application of methyl jasmonate first. This did not include the use of DMSO. After one day, the lesion is shrinking. Amazing...I love this stuff.

I will be back in form in a few days. Thanks to Dave for sending me the gourmet muffins. It was a nice gesture of thanks. Very few people thank me for anything.

Onward my friends.

Stay tuned...

Well, many of us were terribly worried something happened to you. I'm glad you are OK and I wish the best for your mother. I lost my mother two years ago to a nosocomial (hospital acquired) infection. It was terrible for her and her family.

I hope you continue to get better. I had a basal cell carcinoma 15 years ago that was surgically excised and never came back.

Bless you, Dr. Steve. Welcome back! We were worried about you.

No one else does what you do, combing the universe of published scientific literature to pull together the threads of seemingly vaguely related data to weave them into a coherent understanding. And publishing for our benefit the scientific rationale for benign and affordable non-pharma remedies of stunning efficacy.

Please keep up the great work. But more importantly, get your strength back. You ARE appreciated-- thank you!

It is a shame that you don't get more recognition or appreciation. We all appreciate your efforts.

BTW, Sunspot ES works well on BCC. Good luck with your health!

Hi Dr Steve
Nice to see that you are back again. Your work is certainly EXCEPTIONAL! Nice to hear that your health is improving. Keep at it.

Sad to hear about your Mom.
Our Prayers are with you and your Mom at this time.

My Mom is now 79 and on Omega 3 capsules for quite a while.

My wife and I use Crede Cold Pressed Flax oil, which I mix into a emulsion with yoghurt daily, for the past 2 yrs (remember Dr Johanna Budwig?) - my BP is now normal and my GP can't understand! Also on garlic - one capsule daily for about a year or so, plus CalMag vit C.

We now trying Turmeric with supper. Adds taste! I will next buy Curcumin in the coming week or so. (Curcumin with Piperine is available, but the piperine worries me a tad). Good or bad?

I battle with IBS for approx 4 yrs already and cannot tolerate any MSG. Hence my interest in natural medicine. Mind you the Turmeric seems to relieve most of the bowel tenderness.
(We are from South Africa and visit your website every day. Very informative)

Hi Dr. Steve:

Hang in there. You'll do OK. You've got the "will to live" and resilience to go with it.

OK now I'm getting worried. Can someone in Marin County swing by Dr. Steve's house and make sure he's okay?
